We are looking for dynamic women who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young women, to serve as mentors to a new class of Olympia’s Leaders beginning this fall. These mentors, or Olympia’s Leaders Advisors (OLA) are the heart of our program; not only do OLAs serve as role models for the girls, but they also facilitate monthly meetings during the school year where the girls explore the program themes: My Values (10th grade), My Voice (11th grade) and My Vision (12th grade). A pair of advisors meet with a group of 5 high school girls for one hour each month from September through May for three years. The Institute provides the agenda and facilitation notes for each month’s meeting.
