Congratulations to our very own CHS graduate, Cadence Braughton, one of four 2024 graduates who received the Davis Maine Scholarship. Candence, her parents-Heidi Ryan and John Braighton, and Superintendent Spearin attended the Scholarship Celebration on Friday, August 2 at the Schoodic Institute in Winter Harbor. The scholars were addressed by previous scholarship receipts and founder of the Davis Maine Scholarshop, Andrew Davis. The celebration was hosted by the Maine Seacoast Mission.
Cadence will be attending the University of New England in the fall for Occupational Therapy.
