Pennies for Patients is currently being held at CES. Pennies for Patients is a competition in schools where classrooms compete to collect the most amount of pennies. The pennies collected in the entire school are then tallied together and donated to help victims of leukemia.
On Thursday December 6th, CES hosted the annual Polar Express/Frozen Event. This event has become one of the most popular CES events since its introduction in 2014. This year, over 300 kids attended. Attendees took rides on the Polar Express and participated in various holiday themed activities and crafts. Special thanks go to all the staff members and JMG students who helped with the event, especially to teacher Brenda Batson, who was the head of the event.
