The clinic will be run by St. Croix Regional Family Health Center in collaboration with the Maine CDC.  The vaccine is available to students ages 12-19 at no cost.  Vaccine Information, registration and consent forms are attached.  Parents must return the registration and consent forms no later than May 19.  You can print them out, complete them and sign them.  Paper forms will also be distributed in homerooms on May 14 and May 17.  We will need you to return a paper copy of the forms.

If you have any questions, please call the school nurse at 454-8262.

Pfizer Covid Vaccine Soon Available

From the Blue Devil Health Center:
St. Croix Regional Family Health Center is working to bring Pfizer Covid vaccine to local schools! It is anticipated that next week the age will be lowered to 12 and over.
We will make every effort to vaccinate as soon as possible and attempt to be able to make the second dose happen before school is out for the summer. If parents/guardians consent to the first dose they must commit to the second dose 3 weeks later. While every effort will be made to schedule the 2nd dose before June 9, parents may need to bring their students to the school if that date is after June 9.
If you would like to sign your student up for vaccination, please call the nurse’s office at 454-8262 or email askriletz@calaisschools.org
